VIP members hold no vested right to any specific benefit unless expressly stated in writing within their individual VIP agreement.
All confirmed bets on GocengQQ are final and cannot be cancelled, except under circumstances specifically provided for in the relevant game rules. GocengQQ reserves the right to void or adjust bets in the event of a technical error, obvious odds error, or extraordinary circumstances beyond our control.
If GocengQQ inadvertently publishes clearly erroneous odds (for example, odds that differ significantly from other reasonable markets), GocengQQ reserves the right to void all bets placed at those incorrect odds. Affected users will be notified and their stakes fully refunded. GocengQQ is not liable to pay winnings based on odds that were clearly published in error.
If a match or sporting event on which a bet has been placed is cancelled, postponed by more than 12 hours, or not completed under the original conditions in place when the market opened, GocengQQ reserves the right to void all related bets and refund the stake to the user. For parlay bets, cancelled matches will generally be removed and the parlay odds recalculated based on the remaining valid selections.
